It certainly is! You don’t pay any registration fees to visit the Hopwine fairs.
And there’s no surprise when it comes to shipping and customs costs since, once more, it’s free! They are covered entirely by the wine producers when booking their stand.
Not at all! You can browse the stands of hundreds of wine producers from around the world in just a matter minutes, and ask them for prices and tasting boxes.
The platform is accessible 24 hours a day between September and November : this means you can access it at any time regardless of your time zone.
Once the trade fair is over, we are responsible for sending out the tasting boxes that the producers have allocated to you. There is nothing for you to do or pay for: simply wait for your package to be delivered to the address you gave us!
Allow 1 week following the end of the trade fair to receive your tasting boxes if you live in France, a fortnight for Europe and around 3 weeks for the rest of the world.
Of course they are. Samples come in two formats: 2 and 4 cl.
A 2 cl sample is equivalent to two mouthfuls, the ideal amount for a tasting approved by professionals. A 4 cl sample means you can chat about your opinions if there are several of you doing the tasting.
We ask you for the following so that we can give wine producers as much information as possible:
- Name and first name
- Occupation
- Address (country)
- Contact details (telephone, email, website, etc.)
- Invoice Address
- Information about the compagny: number of people in the team, turnover, date of creation, etc.
When you get in touch with a producer, they will have access to your “visitor factsheet” where the information stated above will be listed.
